RESERVATIONS FOR 2008 DEPT OF NJ CONVENTION

PRE-RESERVATION RATE is $95.00 per night which include a deluxe complimentary breakfast at this upscale Hampton Inn. To take advantage of this rate, and not pay the New Jersey taxes you must reserve your room by MAY 23, 2008.

TO INSURE THIS RATE YOU MUST:
1. Call the hotel at 732-855-6900 and reserve your room. Tell them it is for the MCL conference. You will need to give them a credit card number, but this will not be charged to your account.|
2. FILL OUT THIS FORM  AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AT BOTTOM
3. The Department of New Jersey will submit a check to the hotel to cover the rooms, reserved by members WHO FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE, at the pre-reservation rate. The Department is tax-exempt.

If you do not wish to FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE, you will still be able to reserve a room but YOU will pay the full amount which will be about $115.00 per night.
